MADE TO ORDER

If you chose wrong size or fit, please contact us via email at info@oh-carla.com and ask for change size, instead, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can request a voucher that expires in 6 months.
We will require you to cover the shipping cost.
Returns must come in their original packaging and without damages to be replaced.

Any request for cancellation of made to order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. The request can be made by emailing ut at info@ohcarla.it

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs and Oh Carla is not liable for any custom/duties related fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be contacted and receive info for the item exchange or voucher.
